H.E. Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of State and High Representative of Her Excellency Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over a blessing ceremony to welcome 20 Khmer antiquities successfully reclaimed from a private collection in Asia.

On the afternoon of Monday, April 6, 2026, H.E. Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of State and High Representative of H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over a blessing ceremony to welcome back 20 Khmer antiquities. These artifacts were successfully reclaimed from a private collection in Asia. The return of these ancient objects represents a reunion of the Khmer ancestral souls after being separated from their homeland for many years during the period of war.
