Election for the Candidate Representing Staff, Civil Servants, and Professors for the Board of Directors of the Royal University of Fine Arts

On the morning of Thursday, April 30, 2026, the Royal University of Fine Arts organized the “Election for the Candidate Representing Staff, Civil Servants, and Professors for the Board of Directors of the Royal University of Fine Arts” under the high presidency of H.E. Som Sokun, Secretary of State and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

As a result of the active and transparent election by civil servants and professors across the university, Mr. San Phalla was entrusted by the electors to be chosen as the representative of staff, civil servants, and professors for the new mandate among the 07 candidates.

The main contents of the program included:

  • Presentation of Candidates: The 07 candidates introduced themselves and showed their will to serve the unit.
  • Election Process: The election proceeded according to the procedures in force to ensure representation from the schools and faculties under RUFA.
  • Commitment and Recommendations: Mr. San Phalla, the elected candidate, made a firm commitment after receiving high recommendations and instructions from H.E. Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The program ended under an atmosphere of intimacy and a spirit of solidarity to contribute to the growth of the Royal University of Fine Arts.
