Celebrating the 9th National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Day under the theme “TVET Provides Job Skills and Income,” held under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On June 15, 2026, the Secretariat of the Ancestral Vocational Training Program of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts participated in an exhibition showcasing the craftsmanship of students trained in ancestral vocational skills. The displays included lacquerware (Khmok Smach and Khmok Mrak), traditional wickerwork (Saji), Cham ethnic embroidery, silk weaving, decorative embroidery (Pak Din), stone carving, and cotton weaving at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center.
The exhibition aims to elevate the quality, value, and reputation of technical and vocational education and training through public dissemination. It encourages students, youth, and the general public to gain a clearer and broader understanding of the significance of TVET, driving active participation in developing a quality, skilled workforce to meet both domestic and international labor market demands.
This exhibition was held for a duration of two days, on June 15 and 16, 2026.
