H.E. Hab Touch, High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Presides Over the Opening Ceremony of the 9th Exhibition of Talents and Works of Sala Rachana Students Under the Theme “Anousavory”
On Friday, the 1st Waning Moon of the month of Caita, the Year of the Snake, Sabtasak, B.E. 2569, corresponding to April 3, 2026, H.E. Hab Touch, High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over the opening ceremony of the 9th Exhibition of Talents and Works of Sala Rachana Students under the theme “Anousavory” at the Royal University of Fine Arts (RUFA). The event was attended by H.E. Heng Sophady, Rector, along with Vice-Rectors, Deans, Vice-Deans, Heads of the Foundation Year Department, civil servants, professors, and students. Also in attendance were representatives from the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) Phnom Penh, representatives from various ministries and institutions, local authorities, program sponsors, and numerous national and international guests.




This exhibition lasts for three days, from April 3–5, 2026, and is organized by the Student Committee, who are members of the UYFC at the Royal University of Fine Arts. The purpose of organizing the 9th Exhibition of Talents and Works of Sala Rachana Students under the theme “Anousavory” is to celebrate the upcoming Khmer New Year (Sangkran). Furthermore, it serves as an opportunity for students to showcase their works and talents representing the five heritages of the university to maintain the identity and value of cultural heritage built by leaders and students of all generations. It reflects the national identity to the public and especially encourages students and youth to participate in preservation and conservation. The program also features traditional folk games and various art performances in the evening for the public to enjoy.
