On the morning of March 24, 2026, Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received His Excellency Oum Ratana, President of the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC) and member of the new mandate council (2026-2028), for a courtesy call at the Ministry. The purpose of the meeting was to seek recommendations for the association’s upcoming action plan and to discuss the continued strengthening of cooperation in the field of copyright and related rights between the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.
