H.E. Dr. Heu Virak, High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Visits and Greets the Former Director of the Department of Culture and Fine Arts of Banteay Meanchey Province
On Tuesday, the 13th Waxing Moon of the month of Caita, the Year of the Snake, Sabtasak, B.E. 2569, corresponding to March 31, 2026, H.E. Dr. Heu Virak, Director of the Department of Cultural, Religious, and Historical Movement Promotion and Chairman of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) working group for the Culture and Fine Arts sector—as the High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts—and his working group, visited to meet and ask after the well-being of Mr. Siv Saruon, the former Director of the Department of Culture and Fine Arts of Banteay Meanchey Province.
On that occasion, His Excellency the Doctor conveyed the high-level greetings and fond remembrance from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate; Samdech Rathsaphea Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly; and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who always pay attention to and think of the well-being and livelihood of former civil servants at all times.
At the same time, His Excellency the Doctor conveyed greetings from H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, as well as from Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, to all levels of civil servants under the Department of Culture and Fine Arts of Banteay Meanchey Province.
Furthermore, His Excellency the Doctor expressed gratitude to Mr. Siv Saruon for dedicating his time, physical effort, and spirit to fulfilling his duties in service of the institution and the motherland for many years. His valuable work and experience will remain a good example for future generations of officials.
During the visit, His Excellency the Doctor also brought a certain amount of budget from Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, along with fruit and fruit juice from Mr. Tang Kouy, Director of the Department of Culture and Fine Arts of Banteay Meanchey Province and his colleagues, to present to him as well.
