Delegation of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts Visits and Provides Gifts to Oddar Meanchey Provincial Border Police Battalion 905 and Preah Vihear Provincial Border Police Battalion 795

A delegation from the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, led by H.E. Long Ponnasirivath, Secretary of State and High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, on March 30, 2026, in the spirit of the culture of sharing, visited to ask after the well-being and distribute gifts, including foodstuffs as well as budget, to the Oddar Meanchey Provincial Border Police Battalion 905 and the Preah Vihear Provincial Border Police Battalion 795.

On that occasion, H.E. Long Ponnasirivath, Secretary of State, also brought messages of greetings and well wishes for the occasion of the Traditional National New Year from the Minister and on his own behalf. He stated that although all forces have to face many issues, both in the work of defending territorial integrity and the work of unit building, all forces have made efforts and struggled using all physical and mental strength and capacity to overcome every obstacle until achieving success in every task assigned by superiors both at the front line and the rear with a determined heart, brave spirit, and resolute struggle for the cause of the motherland, which is an invaluable merit and an unforgettable memory of the heroic example of our troops.

At the same time, the gifts provided to the border police of the two aforementioned battalions included food supplies (rice, fish sauce, soy sauce, canned fish, instant noodles, sugar, candy, coffee, raisin jam, MSG, cooking oil) as well as the support of a certain amount of budget.
