Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of State and high representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received Mr. Kim Sothea, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the management team of GUBIC CO., LTD. The meeting was held for a courtesy call and to seek guidance on the company’s development process and its past collaborative achievements as an architecture and construction firm.
