On the evening of March 28, 2026, Russian Culture Day in Cambodia was held under the presidency of Her Excellency Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, and His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Chaktomuk Conference Hall.

The event featured an exhibition of artifacts, traditional costumes, and artistic performances under the theme “The Successors of Siberia.” This program served as an opportunity to share knowledge and exchange insights, as well as to provide the Cambodian people with an understanding of the traditional culture of the Siberian region.
It should be noted that this event is not only a commemoration of the past but also a tribute to a strong friendship and a shared commitment toward a future of deep cultural cooperation. Indeed, culture is the soul of a nation, a core identity, and an inexhaustible valuable resource that has played a vital role in strengthening the partnership between our two countries.
