The 3rd Cambodia-Asia Film Festival (CAFF) 2025 was organized by the Cambodia-Asia Film Festival Organizing Committee, based in China and led by Ms. Holly Hong, in close cooperation with the Department of Cinema and Cultural Diffusion of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts. The purpose of this festival is to showcase and promote Asian stories to the world while driving the development of the film industry within the Asian region. Specifically, it aims to encourage young people to continue developing their skills and engage creatively in the film industry to contribute new perspectives and train the next generation for Asia’s cultural industries.
